Resources for Mental Health
Overcoming challenges can be difficult without the support of others. Below are some resources that may make your journey a little bit easier.
In my practice I often recommend resources to clients that I am serving to help lessen the stressors they may experience between our sessions.
If this is a mental health emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
