Resources for Mental Health

Searching for resources

Overcoming challenges can be difficult without the support of others. Below are some resources that may make your journey a little bit easier.

In my practice I often recommend resources to clients that I am serving to help lessen the stressors they may experience between our sessions.

If this is a mental health emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

    • Dial 9-8-8 to access trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal, substance use, and/or mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.
